Project launch

The project will start with an audit of your HR document processes with key project collaborators. Following this audit, we propose a feedback meeting to validate the final framework of the project with the customer.

Configuring your customized EDM solution

The Mademat.mc space and accounts are made available in the following weeks. The configuration of the organization’s HR processes is carried out step by step, and validated with the project’s key collaborators.

Environment delivery and acceptance

Once all configurations have been completed and validated, all user accounts are opened. An acceptance report including all deliverables is submitted to the customer.

Training your teams in the Mademat.mc environment

User training is provided as soon as all HR processes have been integrated, to help Docapost and Actis support teams get to grips with Mademat.mc.

A further training session is scheduled a few months after Mademat.mc has been taken into use, to answer any questions that may arise after more regular use. This will validate the adoption of the solution.

User support and follow-up

As soon as your user accounts have been delivered, Actis support will be available to answer any questions you may have via the e-mail address you provided when you signed the contract. Our sales department will also be at your disposal should you wish to upgrade your contract.
