What are the uses of electronic signatures?

With the “Principauté Numérique” law, companies registered in Monaco can now affix an electronic signature to digital documents with the same value as a handwritten signature.

All your company’s departments involved in signing documents can now sign them electronically. The “jesigne.actis.mc” platform enables electronic signatures to be integrated natively into a complete signature process. This service simplifies exchanges while providing greater security and confidentiality throughout the process, right up to the archiving of the signed document.
