New: simple and secure electronic signature platform

Actis and Docapost are strengthening their partnership through a new secure, simple and innovative online electronic signature service with 100% Monegasque data hosting.

Once the user is identified on the service’s online platform, he or she will only need to follow a few steps to have a document, such as a contract, signed by a client. The latter will then be able to sign the document, even remotely, from his computer or smartphone. Documents digitally signed by the solution will be archived in Monaco by Actis in the Cecurity.com digital safe with probative value. Thus, Actis and Docaposte guarantee a 100% Monegasque chain of trust throughout the digital signature process.

On March 10th 2021, the Monaco Government launched the Monegasque electronic signature for companies. A significant progress since the electronic signature, in addition to being reliable and securing the processes, allows to fluidify the exchanges, to simplify and to accelerate them.
