The impact of the health crisis on the state of citizens' rights and freedom
An afternoon of hands-on workshops
The workshops will be based on the crossed and complementary expertise of DPO and CISO to support the visitors on the protection of personal data in a context marked by the explosion of complex cyber-attacks of all types. Sharing of feedback and best practices will be part of the event.
Besides the GDPR: The other existing legal frameworks
Fabrice Mattatia, GDPR of the French Ministry of the Interior, reminds us that the GDPR does not govern all personal data processing. Several sectors are not covered by the GDPR: the processing of data for the fight against crime within the framework of the “police justice” directive, the processing of intelligence and defense data, and activities that do not fall within the competence of the European Union… The afternoon will be an opportunity to review the different legal frameworks that complement the GDPR on the territory and that concern each of us.
